Marissa Nicole Pipkin has spent her career growing global brands. Her expertise spans sales & partnerships, strategic planning and leadership & development. She is passionate about driving results through collaboration, innovating commerce and developing values-based leaders.

Marissa has held leadership roles with established brands, such as Ralph Lauren and Michael Kors, as well as rapid growth marketplace technology start-ups The RealReal, Otrium and KEH. Marissa has experience expanding brick and mortar locations globally, creating customer experience models and leading business development within retail tech. She has launched and expanded partnerships for +250 Enterprise to SMB accounts, as well as managed high growth wholesale department stores, travel retail and specialty businesses. Her experience expands across multiple product categories and in +30 countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.  Marissa leverages this expertise to support business growth and develop high-performing teams.

An El Centro, California native, who built her career in New York City, Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Science from Glasgow Caledonian University, New York College. Marissa was selected by the NYC Economic Development Council as a NYC Fashion Fellow and served as a Board Member on the Berkeley Alumni Board of New York.
